project Overview

In a quiet corner of New England, many rivers were long dismissed after decades of industrial damage. Dan and Tom Harrison have spent more than a decade changing that perception for anglers across the country. What were once considered uninhabitable waterways are now recognized as some of the best fisheries east of the Mississippi. Drawing on western guiding skills and an uncompromising sense of exploration, the brothers began dropping into any blue line they could find. New England is part of who they are, and that deep connection has fueled a near manic obsession with finding the next great river. It has taken them over guardrails, down waterfalls, and into waters few believed were worth the effort. That commitment to throwing a raft into anything that looks fishable has become a cornerstone of their region. In the process, they have helped unlock exceptional fisheries and reshape what New England’s guiding community believes is possible.
